From time-to-time, Callaway may offer consumers the opportunity to opt-in to receive certain content via autodialed text message. Providing your consent to receive text messages is not required or a condition of any purchase.

CG Info Texts are SMS messages that are sent to users that request the messages and contain promotional and informational content for Callaway customers. To opt-in to Callaway's one-time message program, text CALLAWAY to short code 49463. After a confirmation text, users will receive a one-time message from Callaway.

Callaway reserves the right to terminate any SMS program, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. The information in any text message may be subject to delay. You acknowledge and agree that Callaway and participating wireless carriers and their respective agents, employees, officers and directors are not responsible or liable for technical, hardware, software, electronic, network, telephone or other communications malfunctions, errors or failure, errors in transmission, telephone connections, unauthorized human intervention, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed transmissions which may limit or restrict the ability to send or receive a text message.


Although Callaway does not impose premium text message charges, message and data rates may apply. Depending on your text plan, you may be charged by your carrier.

What if I don’t want to receive any more service messages?

To stop receiving Callaway SMS messages, simply text STOP to the short code 49463. You consent to receive a final confirmation message.
