In 1982, we started as a tiny Company of five, manufacturing boutique wedges and putters. Today, we're a global, high-tech brand with some 2,300 employees, each an integral part in utilizing the latest materials, ideas and innovations to make and sell high-performance Callaway Golf clubs, balls, putters, accessories and services.
An Industry Revolution
At Callaway, we aggressively challenge the boundaries of technology and continue to revolutionize the golf industry—every day, year after year. The atmosphere on the Callaway campus is relaxed but high-energy. You'll find casual dress with plenty of employees proudly wearing Callaway logo shirts and apparel. Some team members are great golfers, some are learning and some don’t play at all, yet our passion and focus for making and selling great golf products and delivering an exceptional experience to our consumers is the same at every level.

Our late Founder, Ely Callaway, built Callaway on those beliefs, and they continue to remain the bedrock of our success.
