Garth Mulroy posted victories on two major Tours last year and finished 21st on the Nationwide Tour money list to earn his PGA card for 2012. He won the BMW Charity Pro-Am in a playoff after starting the final day three shots off the lead. He posted a third place finish at the WNB Golf Classic as well. In November, he won the Alfred Dunhill Championship on the European Tour.
 
He also posted a second place finish at the Joburg Open and a ninth place showing on his native soil at the SA Open Championship. Garth was born in Durban, South Africa and played his collegiate golf at NC State. He got his start in golf from caddying for his dad on the weekends and he grew up playing rugby in South Africa. He uses an Odyssey Putter in competition.
