Phil Mickelson

PGA Tour

did you know?

Phil Mickelson, also known as “Lefty," plays golf left-handed, but he is actually right-handed in everything else he does. Phil first swung a golf club at 18 months, and took to playing the game left-handed, as a child, when he mirrored his father's right-handed swing during practice. In the 2010 regular PGA Tour season, Phil earned his fourth major championship and his third Green Jacket with a thrilling victory at the Masters Tournament. He won the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am in February and was selected for enshrinement into the World Golf Hall of Fame last November. He is one of just nine players to have 40 or more career PGA Tour wins. Mickelson is using a RAZR Fit Driver and our new HEX Black Tour Golf Ball on the PGA Tour.

Phil and his wife, Amy, have been involved with the Special Operations Warrior Foundation, Homes for Our Troops and Birdies for the Brave for several seasons, helping to raise money for the organizations. He and Amy have three children - Amanda, Sophia and Evan.
