X2 Hot Pro Irons
Awesome...best irons I have ever has
These irons have changed my aging game. 75 yr old 10 handicap.
My play has be resorected with these irons. Back to hitting the ball crisp high and true. Never felt like this with my other callaway irons or my pings and a list of many others. These irons just worked right away. One of the par 3s at my course was 4 callaway hybrid for me.
Now I get there with less effort with my 6 iron. 175 yds. Awesome.

My ball speed was 4 to 5 miles faster then the other Callaway forged offerings. The iron looks great and it performs as stated by Callaway. Maybe the sleeper of the group but if you need the extra 8 yards this iron more than the Apex provides it. Also really like the smaller head. Good feel and easy to work the ball. Don't expect to get the recoil in this club unless you're willing to pay a premium.

Great Feel; Very Long
I have been a blade player for the past 40 years but have been losing distance the last two years. I've been traditionally a Mizuno user. I've stayed away from Callaway including forged irons because feel has not been great. I tried the Callaway Apex Pro irons and liked them a lot but the X2 Hot Pro irons have a great feel, are easier to hit and are much longer. They are at least a club longer than Mizuno irons I used in my stronger days. Project X shafts are about 20 grams lighter than the True Temper S300s I've used in the past but feel great. Golf is fun again!

Just try them once
I was set on getting the Apex pro, or the AP2's, but by fluke I tried the X2 pro iron to see the difference. First look, the head is identical to the Apex, so in my eyes its the nicest looking iron this year, and two it has fantastic feel! I don't know how to describe it, but it feels soft, but you know its going far (but consistent distance)
Just try it, I think a lot of people will be surprised like I was

Under rated irons
I have the X Hot Pros now and was fitted for the X2Hot Pros yesterday. these are with out a doubt the best feeling and longest irons of any I tested this winter. While the Apex irons are great irons I got better results with the X2Hot Pros. When all was said and done my fitting was the best with the KBS Tour V 100 shaft. Just made these irons a rocket. I can not wait to get these and play them for the upcoming season. They will fit nicely with the rest of my Callaway bag.

I love Callaway products and mainly play nothing but Callaway, but these irons by far had the worst feel of any Callaway I have ever hit. I was buying them to replace the X-Hot Pros from last year but there is no comparison in feel. I will stick with my old ones till you guys work this out. Maybe I got a bad set??? Again, love Callaway, have the new Big Bertha Alpha and love it, anyway you guys asked for the review.

Best clubs I hit in a long time
These clubs are fantastic. I get an additional 15-yards per club. Very forgiving and the trajectory is perfect.

Amazing results. Until today I had not considered Callaway irons,
Was fit for irons today by a professional fitting company, taking an agnostic view of heads and using the KBS Tour Parallel Stiff shaft. As a former Taylor Made R7 TP irons player, the first options tested were the Taylor Made Speed Blade and Taylor Made Tour Professional CB. Was absolutely shocked that the X2 Hot's numbers blew the Taylor Made (and Titleist) products away. The X2 Hot added an average of 16 yards to my 6-iron with consistent down-the-middle accuracy whereas The Taylor Made products only added 6-9 yards, on average, with a wider shot dispersion on the scatter plot, using the exact same shaft and lie angles. Unbelievable performance! I am still shocked but cannot wait to play my new X2 Hot irons.
