Jeev Milkha Singh

Jeev Milkha Singh is the first Indian golfer to qualify for the European Tour, and he became the first Indian golfer to play in the Masters in 2007. He uses an Odyssey Putter and has four career European Tour wins. Last July, he won the Scottish Open in a playoff.

In 2007, he was granted the Padma Shri by the Indian government, which is the equivalent of a knighthood and is given to Indian citizens in recognition of their distinguished contribution in various spheres of public life, including the arts, industry and sports. Sporting accomplishments are not uncommon in the Singh family. Jeev’s father, Milkha Singh, was an Olympic sprinter for India. Jeev finished in the top-10 eight times in 2008, and finished the season 12th on the money list in Europe.
