You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number(s) via email when your order is shipped. Once your shipment(s) has been scanned by the shipping provider at the local hub, you can use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation to track the progress of your shipment. While not common, shipping problems can occur. If you have a problem with your order that is related to shipping, please contact the fulfillment partner included in your shipping confirmation email or call us toll free at 1-877-723-5218.
If you have not received your shipment within the expected delivery time, or if the shipment has been delivered but is not in your possession, please have your order number ready and call us toll free at 1-877-723-5218.
If your shipment arrives damaged, please do not open the box or remove any of the packaging materials. A Sales and Customer Service Representative with Callaway Golf or our fulfillment partners will have to process a damage claim with the shipping provider, have the damaged merchandise picked up from your location and give you further instructions to receive a replacement.
Orders are shipped every business day (Monday-Friday excluding holidays). All in stock Standard orders will be shipped within 4-5 business days following credit card authorization and verification. Exceptions to this include orders that are placed on Friday after 12:00 PM CT, over a weekend or on a holiday, as well as any order requiring special handling such as custom options (length/lie angle adjustments or custom shafts/grips, etc.).
Please note that, at this time, no order may be shipped outside of the United States or to non-U.S. APO/FPO addresses, excluding US protectorates (Guam, Puerto Rico, etc.).
Depending on the shipping service provider for your order, a package may be left without a signature at the discretion of the shipping service provider. Callaway Golf can do nothing to prevent this from occurring.
Orders will typically arrive within 4-7 business days (Monday-Friday excluding holidays) following receipt of shipping confirmation email – the scheduled delivery date will be outlined within your shipment confirmation email.
All in-stock, non customized, standard orders shipping via UPS Express ordered prior to 12:00 pm Central Time will ship the same day. Customized orders and orders with item that are currently backordered that are placed shipping via UPS Express will ship via UPS Express upon completion or receipt of backordered items.
Note: UPS Second Day Air items ordered on Thursday will arrive the following Monday. UPS Second Day Air items ordered on Friday will arrive the following Tuesday.
Note: UPS Standard Overnight® items ordered on Friday will typically arrive the following Monday.
Any change of address post shipment, (UPS Intercept), will incur a $15.00 USD charge per tracking number. This request must be initiated by phone at 1-877-723-5218.
Items shipped outside the contingent U.S. to Alaska or Hawaii can only be shipped via 2-3 Day Shipping. Standard Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii is not available. In stock Standard orders will be shipped within 4-5 business days following credit card authorization and verification.
While we can ship most items to APO/FPO addresses, some restrictions do apply. Items sent to APO/FPO addresses must be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and cannot be expedited. Normal delivery time for these shipments ranges from 10-30 days. If a package has not been delivered within 75 days or more, written notice of non-receipt must be submitted to Callaway Golf signed by the intended recipient. Once this written notice is received by Callaway Golf, a claim will be filed with the U.S. Postal Service. If the USPS can not provide a signature confirmation of delivery, the recipient will then have the option of a full credit for the purchase amount or a reshipment of the order.
At this time we accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card.
If we are unable to process payment on your credit card, please ensure the credit card number and expiration date were entered correctly and that the billing name and address exactly match your credit card statement. If any of these are incorrect, it may delay your shipment. You will be notified via email or phone if a problem exists with the payment information you provided during checkout.
All customized items will be charged in full at the time your order is placed.
Callaway Golf does not ship or bill orders to international addresses outside the United States. If you are outside of the United States, please use our Retail Locator to find the nearest Authorized Callaway Golf Retailer in your area.
State Sales Tax is calculated based on the taxing jurisdiction of the shipping address provided by the customer at checkout. Tax is calculated at the unit level as some states offer tax exemptions and exceptions for certain items. Additionally, some items may be taxed at a different rate than other taxable items in your order. All applied taxes will be refunded if an item is returned, excluding tax applied to shipping and handling charges.
We are required to collect tax on shipping and handling charges in most states. Tax reflected during the checkout process is an estimate. Actual tax will be applied when your order is shipped and will be included in order confirmation emails.
