Introducing Rogue Drivers

Features &
Benefits

  • Exceptional Ball Speed from The Jailbreak Effect
Rogue employs improved Jailbreak Technology with new, hourglass-shaped titanium bars that are 25% lighter, while fulfilling their function to stiffen the crown and sole. The stiffer body allows the face to take on more impact-load to promote faster ball speed, and makes possible our new X-Face VFT face architecture, which promotes fast ball speed across an expansive area of the face. Together, Jailbreak and X-Face VFT work together to create what we call the Jailbreak Effect, which promotes a remarkable boost in ball speed and distance.
  • More MOI and Forgiveness from Our Triaxial Carbon Crown
Callaway is the leader at using carbon composite materials to enhance metalwood performance. Our proprietary triaxial carbon composite is extraordinarily light and strong, saving substantial weight. We’ve redistributed that weight into the head’s perimeter to significantly increase MOI and forgiveness, which helps preserve distance and direction on off-center hits. Rogue has the largest triaxial carbon crown of any Callaway driver ever.
  • Industry-leading Boeing Aero Package
Boeing and Callaway collaborated to develop the Speed Step technology used in past Callaway metalwoods. In Rogue, we worked with Boeing to redefine the geometry of the leading edge to improve airflow to promote faster head speed.
  • Premium Shaft Selection at Multiple Weights
Callaway offers a wide range of premium aftermarket shafts at 40g, 50g, 60g, and 70g weights, including Aldila Synergy, Aldila Quaranta, Project X EvenFlow, and Project X HZRDS Yellow.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not for me I thought I would try the Rogue driver for a set of clubs I keep at our vacation home. I had great expectations but after a good trial I went back to my X2 Hot. I tried several settings with the Rogue but found my distance 15-20 yards shorter and my launch angle much lower. The sound and feel at contact just does not seem solid. My primary set is Epic driver and irons which are excellent!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worse Driver EVER Absolutely worst Driver I have ever owned. No matter how I swing, Place the ball, I cannot get off the tee box. I have never had a problem hitting a driver until this one. Hate it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great driver I purchased a like new condition and I swear the driver was brand new. This driver is very forgiving, I’ve hit more fairways then ever before. I’m also hitting the ball at least 10 to 15 yards longer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Impressive I ordered this driver in like new condition and it did not arrive that way. Callaway Preowned’s Customer Service was absolutely fantastic about sending me a different one immediately. Within 2 hours, I had a new one on the way. Now onto the club itself. At address, it almost seems to have the face closed a bit, which I think helps slicing for some. Took a couple of swings to get used to it, but not many. I had been using the Epic Sub Zero previously, and was a bit skeptical on the claims of the new Jailbreak technology. Reason being, I absolutely love my Epic, and hit it very well for the most part. I am a skeptic no longer. Like I said, took a few swings to get used to it, but what a difference. The feel, ball flight, and distance were very noticeable. I would sometimes have a higher ball flight with the Epic. Not so much anymore. Very solid feeling, even on an off center hit. I noticed about 15-20 yards further off the tee also. Tons more consistency also. I loved it so much, I purchased the Fairway wood, and the hybrid. Have only had the chance to play 3 rounds so far, but have definitely taken strokes off my game. Very impressed to say the least.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from More distance, great feel. My recent purchase of a Rogue 10.5* driver has turned out to be a very wise decision. The club has a terrific feel to it, and I am picking up 20-40 years extra in distance. Thanks to my new-found yardage, I am hitting shorter irons into greens, reaching more greens in regulation, and scoring better. My handicap index has dropped from 23.4 to 20.5 since I began using the Rogue driver,.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Rogue Driver is a Game Changer I initially purchased a Rogue 10.5 Driver with a Synergy 50 (58g) reg shaft cut 1 inch and I re-weighted the club back to D3. I did not care for how the Synergy Shaft felt or performed and it launched too low - even when bumped up to 12.5 (my swing speed is mid to upper 80s). I opted to do a buy-back with Callaway and got the same Rogue 10.5 driver with a different shaft. After doing my homework - I got the Project X EvenFlow 65 reg shaft (spec’d 65g - actual 61g) cut 1.25 inch and I re-weighted the club back to D2 replacing the 5g weight with a 17g weight. FYI, the added weight enhances the COG (forgiveness), adds a few hundred RPMs (carry), and slightly increases the launch angle (1/2 degree) - all good things for my 70 year old swing. It performed and felt great as compared to the Synergy and it launched mid height to my liking. A neutral driver setting produced a straight ball flight or small draw. Club face hits on the toe side of center added extra yards - while heel side hits geared back to target line with minimal lost yards. As compared to the Epic driver I traded-in: the distance was similar - but the Rogue is a more forgiving club which provides confidence to swing for the fence. Coupled with the Even Flow shaft with its unique smooth flex and low torque - the club feedback to my hands felt super solid and the impact sound is like a home run smack. Second time on the golf course with my new driver: only missed 3 fairways (still long and playable). Shot 41/40. I agree with Callaway - its a game changer.
