What You Need To Know

    Technology Specs

    Women's Rogue Drivers Technology Item
    • Exceptional Ball Speed from The Jailbreak Effect

Rogue employs improved Jailbreak Technology with new, hourglass-shaped titanium bars that are 25% lighter, while fulfilling their function to stiffen the crown and sole. The stiffer body allows the face to take on more impact-load to promote faster ball speed, and makes possible our new X-Face VFT face architecture, which promotes fast ball speed across an expansive area of the face. Together, Jailbreak and X-Face VFT work together to create what we call the Jailbreak Effect, which promotes a remarkable boost in ball speed and distance.

    • More MOI and Forgiveness from Our Triaxial Carbon Crown

Callaway is the leader at using carbon composite materials to enhance metalwood performance. Our proprietary triaxial carbon composite is extraordinarily light and strong, saving substantial weight. We’ve redistributed that weight into the head’s perimeter to significantly increase MOI and forgiveness, which helps preserve distance and direction on off-center hits. Rogue has the largest triaxial carbon crown of any Callaway driver ever.

    • Industry-leading Boeing Aero Package

Boeing and Callaway collaborated to develop the Speed Step technology used in past Callaway metalwoods. In Rogue, we worked with Boeing to redefine the geometry of the leading edge to improve airflow to promote faster head speed.

    • Premium Shaft

Callaway offers the women's Rogue Driver with a premium 40g Aldila Quaranta shaft.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Driver After years of playing off the rack clubs, finally decided to get sized and build an individual set that were properly sized for me. After doing research and trying some clubs out, decided on the the Rogue driver. It really improved both accuracy and distance for me. Love the feel and the results.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A very good purchase I'd never been fitted for a driver before this one, and that may make some difference, but I really enjoy this driver. It's the most accurate driver I've ever used (I like to watch my drives go straight down the middle more often) and it's the longest driver I've ever used (10 to 15 yards longer than my previous 2015 driver - and I can finally make the turn on a couple of dog-legs I regularly play). I was fitted for the EvenFlow shaft, and although I got a Reg flex, the reviews say it's really more of a semi-stiff, but whatever, it works for me (my previous driver was stiff shaft). I didn't like the 'feel' at first, but now that I've used the driver for a while, I'm also liking the feel. This driver is a keeper.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Technological Masterpiece Easy to see why Callaway stock value has gained seventy-four percent in the last three years. The engineers in the tech design department deserve five stars, too. The Rogue driver delivers everything that the reviews/tech specifications claim. The club is perfectly balanced, and swings smooth as silk. Off center hits do not suffer a severe distance penalty. Centered hits are adding ten to twenty yards to my distance.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wow!!!! My club had a fitting day but I was unable to attend. Our pro lent me his personal Rogue and I played a round with the club. My distances were 20+ yards longer and much more controlled than my XR16. I was shocked with the first drive and the unique crack sound at impact. I found myself having to relearn the course on the first round. I did stop at 9 and ordered my own Rogue Driver before playing the back nine. My second round I found my swing limits and my third round I was hooked. I find myself readjusting how I play our Par 5's as all (even the ones with water in front) are easily reachable. From the box the club look huge. Its volume conforms with standards but the foot print feels huge. I found the club hard to hook or slice. I have a natural draw; it's now a baby draw. I was able to create a fade on a few holes but find that I need to work on that a little. Oh, for the record, the driver is a 10.5 degree head with the standard shaft. The head was set to a minus 1 or 9.5 degrees. That was more than enough to gain the height I normally see with my current 10.5 degree driver. I recommend this driver.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Forgiving and AVG distance is longer than Epic Making the decision to transition from the Epic to the Rogue was not easy, due to the enormous success I had with the Epic. However, once I made the change it was a well received improvement. The major trade off is the adjustablilty of the Epic vs .feel and forgiveness of the Rogue. The epic felt a little muted on off center strikes and didn’t offer as much feedback. The Rogue on the other hand feels springy and the ball maintains a decent speed on off center strikes. So if you are a feel player and have problems knowing where the ball is striking the face with the Epic, then do yourself a favor and try the Rogue. The Average carry and total distance will improve significantly. 8-12 yds basically one less club on your approach shot.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from not what I expected. I was not very happy with the overall performance of the Rogue. I had the Epic driver previously and had much better results. It did not go as accurate as the Epic and the distance was the same. I traded it back in and went back to my Epic which I will stay with.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from As advertised. I have the Epic 10.5 and now the Rogue 10.5 ( same shaft.) The Rogue is definitely more forgiving with the tendency to give me a straight/straighter ball flight on poor swings. It has very stable feel through impact (more so that Epic) again giving that same confidence. On the launch monitor I am getting about 1 more deg of launch angle and about 200-300 more RPMs of spin with the Rogue as compared to Epic. The overall distance of my drives between the two is very close although I feel the Epic is slightly longer when I catch it square (this has also born out on the launch monitor as well.) the difference is about 2-3 yards between them. In summary, I love both of these drivers and am looking forward to finding a few more fairways with my new Rogue.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My Epic Went Rogue I recently replaced my Epic driver with the Rogue. I loved my Epic, so I was a little hesitant to make the move. After playing 3 rounds with it, I'm hooked. The first round was all about getting used to a new driver. The 2nd was all about hitting driver, 8-iron on all of the par 4s. The 3rd was all about outdriving my golf buddies. The Rogue has incredible distance and forgiveness on non-perfect drives. Perfect hits are long and down the center. Non-perfect hits are long and still on the fairway. If I had to select one difference between the Epic and Rogue, I'd go with the forgiveness on shots not directly on the sweet spot. Way to go Callaway! You outdid yourselves.
