CARLA BERNAT ESCUDER

Carla Bernat Escuder

Player Bio

Carla Bernat Escuder is a Spanish professional golfer known for her rapid rise through amateur golf into the professional ranks. She first made her mark by winning prestigious amateur titles including the 2021 Spanish Ladies Amateur and the 2024 Spirit International Amateur, showcasing her talent on both national and international stages.

Bernat competed collegiately in the United States, beginning at Tulane University where she was named American Athletic Conference (AAC) Women’s Golfer of the Year in 2023, and later transferring to Kansas State University where she earned All-America honors and continued adding individual victories.

Her most notable amateur achievement came in 2025, when she won the Augusta National Women’s Amateur, finishing at 12-under par and becoming one of the few Spaniards to capture that title. This victory earned her exemptions into multiple major championships.

Bernat turned professional in August 2025, beginning her pro career on the LPGA Tour, where she made her debut at the CPKC Women’s Open.
