Purchased Big Bertha Hybird (4-5-6) and Iron 7-SW SetReplaced Adams similar set. Currently 72 yrs old with 9 Handicap. I added about 10 yrds per mid iron 7 - 155 yds: 8 -135; 9 120; PW 110. Don't have to swing hard. Get high draw. There is definitely something different in this technology. Hybrids less compact than Adams which makes hitting from tall rough more difficult, but I have had no problems with distance and accuracy.
Like Adams, these irons have black matted finish which bother some people. My new clubs still look pretty new save for some marks on the face of the club.
I replaced my Cleveland SW with the Big Bertha. I have noticed that I don't the crispness with my 70 yrd pitch shots (probably needs to be an adjustment on my part).
For me, this was a smart purchase for the $1,500. What else am I going to spend my money on?

Great ClubsI purchased the 5-8 hybrids and love them. I hit them so much father. I now hit my 7 as an example 150-155 yards. My TM's I hit 130-135. I am a 69 year old and not have a lot of swing speed. I also purchased a Epic Driver, 5 wood and 7 wood. Love the FW's the driver not so much found out the shaft is not correct for me. Though all of the clubs are F2's the driver is a light f2 almost a women's shaft. I go in tomorrow to be fitted for the correct shaft. I was hitting my driver all over the place. Will add to the review once i get my new shaft on the driver. But over all I love the clubs now would I purchase them again, in a heart beat.

Excellent Distance and controlI am 72 yrs old and I bought the 7 hybrid to replace my 6 Iron. I hit this a little farther than my 6 Iron about 140 to 145 yards. It holds the line well and I can hit it high or low pretty easily! This blends well into my set, because I can hit my BB 7 Iron 130 to 135 yards. For senior golfers, this is an excellent hybrid and for lefties, one of the few offering 3H to 7H LH!

In my bagIn my golf bag, are the following 2019 Callaway Big Bertha hybrids: 4,5,6,7, and 8. Each one flies higher and 15-25 yards further than the equivalent number, premium irons, they replace. They are easy to hit, the strike feels great, and my handicap is dropping. I have never been more pleased with results like the ones these clubs have given me.

Best Hybrid I ever owned.I love the feel and sound of the club when I hit it. It explodes with power. I am a senior golfer and getting 200 yards with the 3 hybrid is no longer a pipe dream.

Long & forgivingThese BB Hybrids are a club longer than the previous version. They are also easy to hit. The biggest plus is the adjustability, which allows you to gap them properly and/or get the desired trajectory. The only negative is that they are not cheap. I bought the 6 first and after playing with it for a month, bought the 4 and 5. Very satisfied!

Callaway BB HybridsMy club fitter suggested the Callaway Big Bertha hybrids to replace my 10 year old Ping's that I have relied on many, many times. The BB's are so easy to hit and have already proven to be more reliable and a great investment. I look forward to each opportunity to play shots with them.

Best Callaway Hybrid I have ever ownedThe Big Bertha Hybrid replaced the Rogue and for me it's the best feeling, best looking, best performing hybrid I have ever owned. I like the fact that this one has adjustability where the Rogue did not. It's very easy to hit and very easy to like.
