The Full Toe SP wedge lineup features a new Full Toe profile and 44% more groove area for high spin across the face, aggressive stopping power, and versatility.
CARLSBAD, CA – August 21, 2026. Today Callaway Golf announced their new Full Toe SP Wedges, designed to be the most creative face in golf. This new lineup is built for players who open the face, demand control, and need versatile short game and bunker play.
Full Toe SP combines full-face Spin Gen 2.0 grooves with 44% more groove area than conventional shaped wedges, a new, refined shape, and optimized CG weighting from Spin Pocket™ construction. This profile is engineered to deliver high spin across the face, aggressive
stopping power, and versatility.
The Full Toe shape provides more face area with an enhanced toe height for players who like to open the face. The shaping is designed to add versatility and confidence to short shots around the green and out of the bunker. With Full Face Spin Gen 2.0 grooves running heel to toe, 48% more groove area, and a 17° tighter pitch spacing, Full Toe SP generates more groove edge contact and aggressive stopping power for maximum short game versatility.
Additionally, Callaway’s Tour-proven Spin Pocket™ strategically removes mass low and shifts it up the face. This is the company’s highest wedge CG ever, delivering maximum spin and improving versatility on open-face shots.
Full Toe SP’s unique grind options stand out as well. The J Grind features lower effective bounce with aggressive heel relief and added camber, allowing it to open easily while maintaining stability on fuller shots. The JW Grind (62° only) evolves the design with a wider sole and higher bounce to make bunker play more accessible without sacrificing short-game versatility.
“When you’re around the green, Full Toe SP brings out so much creativity - whether it's out of the bunker, the rough, the fairway. Or whether you’re playing with a high, low, open face, or square face,” said Jacob Davidson, Callaway VP of Global Product Strategy. “With the Full Toe shape, we’ve increased that area of that high toe, which allows you to have more room on that side of the club. And by adding full-length grooves that extend across the face, there’s much more groove area to work with on this wedge.”
“With the Full Toe, this is a new level for us from a CG placement standpoint,” said Brian Hurr, R&D Manager – Wedges. “That high CG promotes extra spin. Having the grooves across the face, having that shape that really is designed to open that face is really an incredible opportunity for people that struggle around the green to have something that's new and different.”
These new wedges are available for pre-order today, and they will be available at retail starting September 4th. Pricing is $199.99 each, and loft options are available in 54, 56, 58, 60, and 62. For more information on Full Toe SP Wedges, visit www.callawaygolf.com.
