Sam Burns is a native of Shreveport, Louisiana, Burns played collegiately at Louisiana State University, where he was a standout All-American before turning professional in 2017.
Since joining the PGA Tour, Burns has established himself as one of the tour’s top players, earning five PGA Tour victories and consistently ranking among the world’s best. Known for his strong putting and competitive consistency, he has represented the United States in team events like the Presidents Cup (2022 and 2024) and Ryder Cup (2023 and 2025).
